Superior Trailer Sales Hitched to $3.6 Million DealLock Icon

A trailer dealership in North Little Rock, an overnight delivery project in Little Rock, a hotel in west Little Rock, a medical clinic in Sherwood, a home in the Heights area of Little Rock and a convenience store in southeast Pulaski County form this week’s six-pack of million-dollar transactions.

►  Michael Rivalto of Memphis acquired the 25,138-SF Superior Trailer Sales facility at 10600 Maybelline Road for $3.6 million from NLR Ark Investments LLC, led by Frank Deel III.

►  Gene Pfeifer and his Pfeifer Investment Co. sold the 38,278-SF Federal Express facility at 1500 Westpark Drive for $3.3 million.

Buyer: J&J Industrial Partners, led by Jeremy West and Justin Lynch of Dallas.

►  Bri & Dee Corp., led by Dipesh Dinu, bought the 96-room M Star project at 1010 Breckenridge Drive for $2.6 million.

Seller: J&B Legacy Hotels LLC of Denton, Texas.

►  1525 Country Club Investment LLC, led by Dennis Cooper, sold the 7,594-SF former home of Arkansas Specialty Care at 1525 Country Club Road in Sherwood for more than $1.7 million.

Buyer? Pediatric Clinic Properties LLC, led by Dr. Kimberly Clinton, Dr. Kimberly Hurlbut, Dr. Lourie Battles, Dr. Bishwan Morris, Amanda Barber, Nicole Turner, Dr. William Still and Dr. Holly Montgomery.

►  Goldtrap Properties LLC, led by Cathy Goldtrap, purchased a 5,124-SF home for more than $1.1 million.

Seller? MJH Trust, led by Merritt Dake.

►  In Ho and Yeon Nam Lee sold the Phillips 66 project at 10401 Arch Street Pike for $1.1 million to Arch Street Partners LLC, led by Asif Hussain.
