► Gene Pfeifer and his Pfeifer Investment Co. sold the 38,278-SF Federal Express facility at 1500 Westpark Drive for $3.3 million.
Buyer: J&J Industrial Partners, led by Jeremy West and Justin Lynch of Dallas.
► Bri & Dee Corp., led by Dipesh Dinu, bought the 96-room M Star project at 1010 Breckenridge Drive for $2.6 million.
Seller: J&B Legacy Hotels LLC of Denton, Texas.
► 1525 Country Club Investment LLC, led by Dennis Cooper, sold the 7,594-SF former home of Arkansas Specialty Care at 1525 Country Club Road in Sherwood for more than $1.7 million.
