1 min read

Susan Peacock has been hired as the chief impact officer at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and the Momentary, both in Bentonville. Peacock’s role will focus on strategic partnerships, key initiatives, revenue generation and mission-aligned collaborations. She will join the executive council, leading the development and membership teams. With Crystal Bridges set to unveil a substantial expansion in 2026, the chief impact officer role was established to strengthen the institution’s reach in Arkansas, nationally and globally.

Peacock previously worked as vice president of Ingeborg Investments, the company led by Olivia Walton, chair of the board of Crystal Bridges and executive board chair of the Momentary. At Ingeborg, Peacock led external relations, public policy, business engagement and philanthropic initiatives, including those connected with Crystal Bridges and the Momentary. Before joining Ingeborg, Peacock helped launch the Heartland Summit, bringing together leaders from across the country to stimulate economic growth in the American heartland. She also holds executive board positions with the Mercy Health Foundation Northwest Arkansas, supporting one of the largest health systems in the United States, and Heartland Action, which focuses on improving internet access and adoption across multiple states.

Peacock is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles.
