SWLR Apartments Lead Quartet of Million-Dollar Deals

This week’s installment of seven-digit deals features a quartet. Topping the bill at $3.3 million is a 256-unit apartment project in southwest Little Rock.

Colonial Park RBG LLC, led by Robert Bruce Grisham Jr. and his wife, Libby, bought its namesake project at 5813 Baseline Road.

Seller: Colonial Parc Apartments Arkansas LLC of Philadelphia.

D.I.G.-Little Rock LLC, led by John Benton Smallpage III, acquired an 88,880-SF industrial complex at 3201 W. 65th St. in Little Rock for $1.7 million. D.I.G, an affiliate of Donovan Marine Inc. of Harahan, La., purchased the property from Southern Marine LLC, led by Ricky Willis.

Telcoe Federal Credit Union of Little Rock bought a 4.06-acre site near the northeast corner of Wildwood Avenue and Country Club Road in Sherwood for $1.23 million from St. Vincent Infirmary Medical Center. A full-service Telcoe branch will replace a leased location.

Elsewhere in Sherwood, St. Vincent acquired undeveloped property for $1.05 million from Sherwood Forest LLC, led by Paul Blackburn.

The 2.68-acre site, near the Wildwood Avenue exit on U.S. 67-167, adjoins the south side of Academy Sports at 6100 Warden Road.

The property was purchased with an eye toward future medical office space to augment the nearby St. Vincent North campus.
