Truman Arnold Cos. Of Texarkana recently announced it acquired Keystone Aviation LLC of Salt Lake City and will expand its TAC Air brand to two Keystone operations in Utah.
The fixed base operations are in Salt Lake City and Provo and the rebranding will go into effect May 19. TAC did not release terms or structure of the agreement.
"We’re very excited about the synergy of combining the service levels of these operations," TAC President and CEO Greg Arnold said in a news release.
Besides the two operations, other Keystone subsidiaries will be consolidated into the Keystone brand. Their services include aircraft charter, management, maintenance and sales. Bill Haberstock was selected as president of the consolidated Keystone Aviation brand.
"The integration of Keystone Aviation’s FBOs into TAC Air along with the backing of Truman Arnold Companies will allow us to place a renewed focus on our aircraft sales, maintenance and management services," Haberstock said in the release.
The release noted that TAC Air is likely to announce more acquisitions throughout the year.
