Taco Bell in North Little Rock Draws $1.5 Million Transaction

2565 E Tropicana Blvd LLC of Carson City, Nev., bought the Taco Bell at 11525 Maumelle Blvd. in North Little Rock for $1.5 million. Seller: Fortuna Investments LLC, an affiliate of Fort Smith’s K-Mac Enterprises Inc.

8509 W. Markham Street LLC, led by Justin Muller and Herman Scott, purchased its namesake 21,200-SF retail property in west Little Rock for nearly $1.5 million. The seller is Booe Properties LLC, led by James, Gerald and Mar Lynn Booe.

WBL LLC, led by Walter Quinn III, acquired a bank branch at 1022 W. Capitol Ave. in downtown Little Rock for $1.1 million from Allied Bank of Mulberry.
