► Anchor Realty Investments LLC, led by Alan Bubbus, sold the 6,579-SF retail project and adjoining 3,242-SF Tacos for Life at 13924 Cantrell Road in west Little Rock for $4.5 million to Delray Enterprises FB LLC of Gainesville, Virginia.

► Pointe Maumelle LLC, led by Keith Richardson, acquired an 18.3-acre tract at the southeast corner of Club Manor and Audubon drives in Maumelle for $2.7 million.

► G.P. LLC of Andover, Massachusetts, sold the 2,943-SF former Simmons Bank branch at 16600 Chenal Parkway in west Little Rock for $2.3 million to Relyance Bank of Pine Bluff.

► Springfield 1467 LLC, led by Scott Proctor, and Primer KG LLC, led by James Meister Jr., purchased the 9,320-SF Dollar General at 6700 MacArthur Drive in North Little Rock for nearly $1.6 million. Seller: PB General Holdings (MacArthur) LLC, led by Leonard Boen.

► The Donald M. Spears Living Trust sold a 5,326-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hickory Hills neighborhood to Katie and Ramey Marshell for more than $1.3 million.
