The sellers were NLA East Maryland CK LLC and NLA Colonel Glenn CK LLC, affiliates of Net Lease Alliance of Nashville, Tennessee.
The 0.73-acre Sherwood development was linked with a July 2019 mortgage of $2.9 million held by Valley National Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.
The land was assembled as part of two July 2019 deals with Carl and Sharon Duker, $260,000; and Billy and Linda Morden, $575,000.
The 1.54-acre Little Rock development was tied to a May 2019 mortgage of $2.6 million held by Origin Bank of Choudrant, Louisiana.
The land was purchased for $700,000 from 10303 Colonel Glenn LLC, led by Dennis Stearns and Drew Holbert.
Bear Paw Lots
Fifty lots in Sherwood’s Bear Paw residential development tipped the scales at $1.6 million.
Sherwood 2015 LLC, an affiliate of Fayetteville’s Rausch Coleman Homes, acquired the property from Stonehill LLC, led by Andy Collins.
The deal and home construction plans are part of a $40 million funding agreement from Wells Fargo Bank of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
The property, once part of the Metropolitan Trust Co. holdings, was bought in January 1926 as part of an $800 deal with Davis and Sallie Scott.
