Tanglewood, Normandy Place Apartments Sold for Combined $10.6M

Apartments, homes, an office building and agri land form this week’s trail of million-dollar real estate transactions in Pulaski County.

► TMF Cantrell LLC and TMF Normandy Holdings LLC, affiliates of Think Multifamily in Frisco, Texas, bought a pair of Little Rock apartment projects: Tanglewood Apartments, a 91-unit complex at 7575 Cantrell Road, $5.3 million; and Normandy Place, an 80-unit complex at 7111 Indiana Ave., nearly $5.3 million.

Sellers: 7575 Properties LLC, led by Warren Stephenson; and Altus Equity Group Inc. of Rohnert Park, California.

► Lynn and Frances Mayhan sold their 4,415-SF home in Little Rock’s Edgehill neighborhood to the Matthew & Suzanne McClendon Joint Revocable Trust for $2.3 million.

► Sankar Mori Hospitality LLC, led by Nilay Patel, purchased the 48-unit Red Roof Inn & Suites at 8115 Frenchmans Lane for more than $1.7 million.

► Leek Properties LLC, led by Stephen Leek, sold an 8,820-SF office building at 11815 Hinson Road in west Little Rock for more than $1.4 million.

Buyer: A.A. Properties LLC, led by Syed and Ahmed Samad.

► Allen and Lauren Williams acquired more than 580 acres of farmland a half-mile north of Scott on the west side of Walkers Corner Road for nearly $1.4 million.

Seller: 8 Arrow Farms LLC, led by Zachary and Josh Dennis.

► Timothy and Drew Files sold their 5,400-SF home in the River Club neighborhood in west Pulaski County to Alan and Katherine Barksdale for $1.1 million.
