Update: Tech After Five Lands in Little Rock

The Arkansas Center for Data Sciences is hosting monthly Tech After Five events in Little Rock.

Tech After Five is a brand based in Greenville, South Carolina, that aims to bring information technology professionals together to network.

Founder and President Phil Yanov said its events are “informal” and “not agenda-driven.”

The free local events will be held from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on the second Thursday of each month at Flying Saucer, 323 President Clinton Ave. in downtown Little Rock.

The ACDS paid a small fee, said Executive Director Bill Yoder, as Tech After Five works like a franchise. Tech After Five covers marketing, while the ACDS secures corporate sponsorships.
