Tech Firm Metova Officially Opens Fayetteville Office

1 min read

Cybersecurity provider Metova on Friday cut the ribbon on its new Fayetteville office, where it plans to employ roughly 30 high-tech jobs.

The office is located in the Ball Building at 112 West Center just off the downtown square.

Last fall, Metova announced plans for the Fayetteville office. It employs more than 100 in the downtown Conway office it opened and then expanded last year.

Gov. Asa Hutchinson joined Metova officials for the ribbon cutting ceremony.

“Last year, Metova experienced rapid growth and announced three expansions in Arkansas,” he said in a statement. “They know that Arkansas has a workforce second to none when it comes to helping technology businesses succeed. And now that Arkansas is leading the nation in computer science education, tech companies will continue to have access to a growing skilled workforce for years to come.”

Metova creates mobile, Internet and cybersecurity solutions for companies including Yelp, Dropbox, eHarmony, Eddie Bauer, Dunkin Donuts, Dartmouth, the U.S. Army Cyber Battle Lab, and even the United Kingdom Government Communications Headquarters. Its headquarters is in Franklin, Tennessee, outside Nashville.

“Fayetteville’s culture, lifestyle and living conditions offer an ideal location for our new office,” said CEO John Adams. “We’ve been looking forward to opening our offices here. If you are a talented engineer or designer, we would love to speak with you.”
