TTEC Holdings Inc., formerly known as TeleTech Holdings Inc., of Englewood, Colorado, is hosting career fairs in Jonesboro and Sherwood to hire 450 people.
The global customer experience technology and services provider, which changed its name in January, is looking to add 300 in Jonesboro and to add 150 in Sherwood.
The events are set for 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Wednesday at its Jonesboro location, 2908 S. Caraway Road, and at its Sherwood location, 2402 Wildwood Ave.
In Jonesboro, TTEC needs licensed health associates and health care customer service and insurance trainees.
In Sherwood, it needs:
- Health care customer service and insurance trainees;
- Spanish bilingual health care customer service and inbound salespeople;
- Spanish bilingual licensed health associates;
- Health care customer service representatives;
- Spanish bilingual health care customer service representatives;
- Licensed health associates; and
- Outbound sales representatives.
According to a news release, most candidates will receive immediate on-site interviews and same-day job offers.
TTEC opened its Sherwood customer service center in July 2014, and the Jonesboro center opened a month later in the former location of StarTek, a Denver firm that operated a call center there.
TTEC also opened a center in Morrilton last year.
