Shutterfly's campus at 11000 Viking Drive in Eden Prairie, Minnesota that has been purchased by Tempus Realty Partners.
Tempus Realty Partners of Little Rock announced Wednesday its recent $23.4 million purchase of a 259,000-SF office campus at 11000 Viking Drive in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
The campus houses operations for Shutterfly, a market leader in photography and personalized products.
“We’re very excited to work with Shutterfly to deliver this solution for their next-generation office needs,” Tempus CEO Dan Andrews said in a news release. “The creativity of the Tempus and Shutterfly teams was key to making this transaction happen.”
This purchase marks the first asset for Tempus in Minnesota, joining other holdings in 12 states, including Arkansas.
