Tempus Realty Partners of Little Rock announced this week its purchase of three industrial properties in December, ending a year the firm acquired 19 buildings — a total of 2.18 million SF — for $184.8 million.
The three buildings in Auburn Hills, Michigan; Westland, Michigan; and Jackson, Tennessee, house operations of US Farathane, a leading designer and manufacturer of highly-engineered plastic-fabricated parts primarily for the automotive industry. They comprise 610,120 SF.
Tempus CEO Dan Andrews called the recent buys of “high-quality facilities” a “real win-win” for both the firm’s investors and US Farathane.
