Teresa Richardson has been promoted to manager of product implementation for continuous quality improvement at Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield in Little Rock.
Richardson joined the company in 2004, working first in Medicare services and then in numerous supervisory roles.
Joseph R. Falasco of Little Rock has been elected to membership in the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel. The international federation is dedicated to promoting knowledge, fellowship and professionalism for lawyers and other professionals striving to achieve a balanced justice system in the defense of civil lawsuits.
Falasco is managing member of Quattlebaum Grooms & Tull PLLC.
