Terri Trotter
The chief operating officer at Walton Arts Center is stepping down.
Terri Trotter will leave her position, effective Aug. 22, to become executive director and CEO at the Sun Valley Center for the Arts in Sun Valley, Idaho.
Trotter has been with the Walton Arts Center for nearly 16 years.
“I have had a tremendous opportunity grow, develop and have an impact on our community in the positions I have held,” Trotter said in a news release. “That experience, and the many relationships I have built through the years, will be invaluable to me as I work to grow and develop my new organization.”
Peter Lane, president and CEO of the Walton Arts Center, thanked Trotter for her “passion, leadership and service to the organization over the years.”
“She has been a true advocate for the arts,” he said in the release. “She has played an instrumental role in our successful growth efforts, helped drive operational efficiencies and built strong and deep relationships with those in the northwest Arkansas region.”
