Texas Company Buys Ashland Performance Materials for $6MLock Icon

This week’s triple bill features industrial property in Jacksonville, a medical office building in Bryant and a trailer project between Cabot and Jacksonville.

► Ineos Composites US LLC of League City, Texas, bought the 56,800-SF Ashland Performance Materials facility at 1901 and 1920 N. Redmond Road in Jacksonville for nearly $6 million.

Seller: Ashland LLC of Covington, Kentucky, touted as a global leader in unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl ester resins and gel coats.

The deal was part of a $1 billion transaction that encompassed 19 locations around the world employing 1,250.

► Ferguson-Briner LLC, led by Fred Briner, sold a 16,154-SF medical office building at 3412 Market Place Ave. in Bryant for $4.2 million.

Buyer? HCII-3412 Market Place Avenue LLC, an affiliate of Carter Validus in Tampa, Florida.

► NWT 7901 LLC, an affiliate of Nationwide Trailers of Houston, Texas, purchased its 6-acre development at 7216 T.P. White Drive in north Pulaski County for $2 million.
