The Landings at Rock Creek to Undergo $5.79M Renovation Following Tornado Damage

This week’s million-dollar real estate transactions and construction start off with repairs to a west Little Rock apartment complex damaged in the March 31 tornado.

► Newport Property Construction Ltd. of Coconut Grove, Florida landed the $5.79 million contract to repair tornado damage to The Landings at Rock Creek, a 154-unit apartment complex at 13200 Chenal Parkway in west Little Rock.

► NLR Dev Partners LLC, led by Tim Martin, sold 65 lots in North Little Rock’s White Oak Crossing neighborhood for more than $2.9 million to Rausch Coleman Homes Little Rock LLC of Fayetteville.

► The Terrance K. Barry & Elizabeth L. Barry Trust of Las Vegas bought the DG Market at 16520 Arch Street Pike in south Pulaski County’s Landmark community for more than $2 million.

Seller: PB General Holdings (Landmark) LLC, led by Leonard Boen.

► Byron McKimmey and Billy Morden sold an 11.3-acre parcel at the northeast corner of Highway 107 and Kellogg Acres Road in Sherwood for more than $1.7 million to The Phoenix Addition LLC, led by Nooruddin Bhamani.

► Anil Kopparapu and Sahithi Pothuganti purchased a 6,195-SF house in west Little Rock’s Falstone Court neighborhood for $1.6 million from New Home Estates Corp., led by Drew Files.

► Little Gidding LLC, led by Doug Martin, sold a 2,606-SF commercial project at 2712 Kavanaugh Blvd. in Little Rock for more than $1.4 million.

Buyer: Hillcrest Station LLC, led by James Bryant.
