Apartments, homes, farms and offices feature in this week’s million-dollar deals.

► WI Retreat At Chenal LLC, an affiliate of Worcester Investments in Kansas City, Missouri, paid $14.9 million for its namesake 128-unit apartment complex at 24800 Chenal Parkway in west Little Rock.

Seller: Chapel Ridge Stanev AR LLC, an affiliate of Read Property Group in Brooklyn, New York.

► DFW Hawthorne 2800 LLC, led by Warren Stephens, bought a 1.5-acre piece of the Country Club Heights neighborhood and its 7,266-SF residence for $9 million.

Sellers: Briland Enterprises LLC, led by Jonathan Dyke; and Topview II Holdings LLC, led by Merritt Dyke.

► About 4 miles southwest of Scott as the mallard flies, Cliff Lee Enterprises LLC purchased the 2,200-acre-plus Fletcher Farm for more than $4.5 million.

Who sold this agri-hunting ground along the Arkansas River in east Pulaski County? 

Evan Fletcher, Heidi F. Nichols, the George G. Worthen Family Trust, the William Booker Worthen Jr. Trust, Shana Worthen and Maria Worthen.

► Middleton Realty LLC, led by Kristi Dannelley, sold the 58,671-SF Magna IV complex at 2401, 2415 and 2501 Commercial Lane in North Little Rock for $2.9 million. 

Buyer? Little Rock Commercial LLC of Hingham, Massachusetts.

► 11311 Arcade Drive LLC, led by Cory Davis, acquired its namesake west Little Rock address for $1.5 million.

Who sold the 12,150-SF office building? Girl Scouts-Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas, led by Dawn Prasifka.

► Dillon Homes & Real Estate Inc., led by Janet Dillon, sold a 5,425-SF home in the Varennes Court neighborhood of west Little Rock for nearly $1.4 million to Janell and Christopher Vinson. 

► Chenal Eat LLC, led by David Bubbus, bought a 6,447-SF home in The Estates neighborhood of west Little Rock for more than $1.1 million from Alonzo Williams Sr. and his wife, Susan.
