The deal is funded with an $8.5 million loan from DMT SPE I LLC of St. Petersburg, Florida.
Rolling Hills bought the 4.55-acre development for $5 million in July 2017 from Sandalwood Arkansas Property LLC LLC, an affiliate of AVIV REIT Inc. of Chicago.
Nexair Acquisition
A 13,112-SF industrial project near downtown Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.81 million.
Nexair LLC of Memphis bought the Welsco facility at 800 E. Roosevelt Road from A.E.H. LLC, led by Angela Harrison.
A.E.H. acquired the 1.12-acre development for $350,000 in December 2006 from Harrison Enterprises Inc., led by Richard Harrison.
Harrison assembled the property in three buys totaling more than $30,000 during January and February 1957. The sellers were Clem and Darce Myers, Harry and Juanita Hayes and George and Vera Myers.
Mini Transaction
A 132-unit mini-storage project in Maumelle is under new ownership after a $600,000 deal.
AR Storage Depot LLC, led by Christopher Butler, purchased the Maumelle Mini Storage project at 100 Casey Drive from the David Gray Living Trust.
The deal is backed with a 20-year loan of $480,000 from Southern Bancorp Bank of Arkadelphia.
The trust bought the 0.61-acre development for $300,000 in July 2020 from Maumelle Mini Storage LLC, led by Robert Weyrens and Steve Hall.
Exchange Purchase
A 3,008-SF liquor store in southwest Little Rock changed hands in a $150,000 foreclosure sale. Liquor Exchange Inc., led by Mary Ann Young, recovered the Exchange Wine & Spirits project at 5820 Baseline Road from Ekroop LLC, led by Gurpreet Kaur.
Liquor Exchange held a $724,390 mortgage on the 0.44-acre development.
Ekroop purchased the property for a reported $300,000 in March 2019 from Liquor Exchange.
Valley Falls Estates
A 6,374-SF house in west Little Rock’s Valley Falls Estates neighborhood weighed in at $2.5 million.
Peter and Elizabeth Gleason bought the house from CBM Appraisals Inc., led by Christopher Maris.

L&M Hideaway Properties LLC, an affiliate of Tulsa’s Hideaway Pizza, paid $1.64 million for a 1.51-acre site on the south side of Chenal Parkway at Kanis Road in west Little Rock.
The land was sold by Costco Wholesale Corp. of Issaquah, Washington, which acquired the property in October 2020 as part of a $12.6 million deal with KRS Parcel 8 LLC, an affiliate of Little Rock’s Whisenhunt Investments.
