The Summit Church purchased an office-warehouse in North Little Rock for $1.35 million.
Colliers Arkansas announced the deal in a news release Monday.
The seller of the 16,000-SF building at 6717 Crystal Hill Rd. was Performance Door and Hardware Group LLC, led by Derek Alley. The company acquired the property for $1.25 million in April.
Justin Bentley and Andrew Wiechern of Colliers represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer represented themselves.
Colliers said The Summit Church plans to use the building for an expansion project. The church has a campus nearby at 6600 Crystal Hill Road.
