Three Pulaski County Properties Sold for $715K

Abundant Blessings/The Bridge Church Inc. has purchased three properties in north Pulaski County for $715,000 from Mid South Properties LLC, led by Minor Booth.

The properties sold cover 10 acres. They are the 2,160-SF Advanced Drainage Systems office building at 6814 T.P. White Drive, the 6,000-SF Modern Amusements warehouse at 6702 T.P. White and the 8,250-SF Miller Paint & Body service garage that adjoins the warehouse.

Parcel Sold

KLBCG LLC of North Little Rock, led by Karl Goshen, sold a 2.22-acre parcel on the east side of Newman Drive in the Sycamore Commercial Park in North Little Rock for $253,800 to W.E. Investments LLC of Monroe, Louisiana.
