Smokey Lane LLC of North Little Rock, led by Don Salmon, bought a 1.04-acre parcel near the northeast corner of E. McCain Blvd and Smokey Lane in North Little Rock for $887,500.
The seller was Aline Blakey Ltd. of Cabot, led by Don Blakey, Patricia High and Joan Wilson.
Smokey Lane LLC previously purchased a 6,720-SF building at 200 Smokey Lane in North Little Rock for $950,000.
Acre Sold
Abdin Family LLC has sold one acre at the northwest corner of Marshall Road and Swift Drive in Jacksonville to the nonprofit Fish Net Missions of Jacksonville for $89,000.
The LLC was once led by Delores Abdin, who died in 2013 at the age of 73.
