While we’re on the topic of big real estate transactions, here are three you may not have heard about.
• Crain Investments Ltd., led by Larry Crain Sr., sold the 50,900-SF GMAC Building at 16101 La Grande Drive in west Little Rock for $7.1 million.
The 9.4-acre development was purchased in April by 16101 Properties LLC, led by Terry Fleming.
• The sale of 96-room hotel in west Little Rock closed at $7 million.
RILR Holding LLC of New York acquired the Residence Inn by Marriott at 1401 S. Shackleford Road.
Seller? Little Rock Lodging Associates I Ltd. of Atlanta.
• A 42,662-SF warehouse in west Little Rock has a new owner following a $4.45 million transaction: 10303 Colonel Glenn LLC, led by Dennis Stearns and Drew Holbert.
The 4.77-acre 10303 Col. Glenn Road development was sold by CG-Shack Properties LLC, led by Kevin Huchingson.
This last one closed at year-end and somehow escaped our notice.
