► Thrive Argenta LLC, led by Rob Coleman, sold its namesake 164-unit apartment project at 501 Magnolia St. for $19 million.
The new ownership is divided among four entities: 2201 S. Halsted LLC (39.78%), an affiliate of Marc Realty Capital of Chicago; 2059 Partners LLC (36.03%), an affiliate of R2 Companies of Chicago; and two affiliates of Vesta Capital of Leawood, Kansas: Argenta’s Best Living Investors LLC (21.45%) and TU Properties LLC (2.74%).
► Bart Ferguson Enterprises LLC bought a nearly 29.7-acre commercial spread for $2.1 million. Seller: Red Gate Properties LLC, led by Druetta Craig.
The property is home to Custom Covers of Arkansas at 13319 Interstate 30 and Red Gate Liquor at 13325 I-30.
► Edwin Anthony purchased a 5,124-SF home near the Country Club of Little Rock for $1.3 million.
