Tim Andrews Joins Crews & Associates’ New York Office

Crews & Associates of Little Rock, the investment banking subsidiary of Searcy-based First Security Bancorp, announced the hiring of Tim Andrews of Brooklyn, New York, as senior managing director.

Andrews will focus on underwriting CDs and structured notes for financial institutions, Crews & Associates said in a news release.

Andrews began his career in law, practicing at the international firm Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP, where he focused on structured products and complex structured finance and derivative transactions. He later joined the sales and trading desks at HSBC, Scotiabank and TD Securities, where he launched and led successful structured products and equity derivatives business.

Andrews holds a bachelor’s from Johns Hopkins University and a J.D. from Cornell Law School.

He is based at Crews & Associate’s Manhattan office, which opened last year.
