Timberwood Apartments Sell for $1.6M

Timberwood Apartments at 207 S. Hospital Drive in Jacksonville

A 56-unit apartment complex in Jacksonville, a 7,855-SF mansion in west Little Rock, a 16,290-SF retail project in Conway and a 30-unit apartment portfolio in Pulaski County form this week’s quartet of million-dollar transactions.

► Timberwood of Jacksonville LLC, led by Darrell Robinson and Dusty Duke, bought its namesake project at 207 S. Hospital Drive for $1.6 million.

Seller: Timberwood Apartments Ltd. of Frisco, Texas.

► Donald Marshall and Melba Marshall sold their Valley Falls Estates home for $1.5 million to Solid Rock Investments Ltd., led by Dennis and Kriswarna Cooper.

► Ferdowsian Properties LLC, led by Vafa Ferdowsian, purchased Glenwood Plaza at 1120 Hogan Lane for $1.2 million.

Sellers? Harding-Crafton Investment Properties LLC, led by Hal Crafton; and Glenwood Plaza LLC, led by Pam McDowell.

► Searcy’s Harding University Inc. sold six duplexes and three four-unit apartments in Sherwood and a six-unit property in North Little Rock for $1.1 million.
