Tom Freking
Tom Freking has been named executive director of workforce business development at Northwest Arkansas Community College in Bentonville.
Freking previously served as executive director of economic and workforce development at Northwest Technical Institute in Springdale.
Tyson Baldwin has been hired as director of athletic development for the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he will oversee fundraising efforts.
Before joining UA Little Rock, Baldwin worked at Louisiana Tech University for more than six years, and he has served as director of the Louisiana Tech Athletic Club since 2013.
