Too Much Self Storage Just Right for $8.3MLock Icon

A flurry of multimillion-dollar transactions brought 2018 to an end and started 2019 off with a bang.

► First Neck University Avenue LLC, an affiliate of Self-Storage Capital Partners of Philadelphia, bought the 574-unit Too Much Self Storage project at 2010 S. University Ave. for more than $8.3 million.

Seller: Northgate Ministorage LLC, led by Marc Yelenich.

► Helping Hand Properties LLC, led by John Washburn, sold its 19,692-SF children’s center at 4901 Northshore Drive in North Little Rock for $3.7 million.

Buyer? Foxden Enterprises LLC, led by Todd Denton, which brought the project under the Pediatrics Plus banner.

► 10-3-10 LLC, led by Pete Hornibrook and Lee Stephens, purchased the 52,800-SF Ten Three Ten office building at 10310 W. Markham St. in west Little Rock for more than $3.5 million.

Seller? Ten Three Ten, a general partnership led by Robert deBin Jr.

► PotlatchDeltic Real Estate LLC of Little Rock sold a nearly 10-acre commercial parcel at the northeast corner of Rahling Road and St. Vincent Way for more than $3 million.

Buyer: True Blue Properties LLC, led by Brandon Huffman and James Barnes.

► 10200 Rodney Parham LLC, led by Edward Bailey, acquired its namesake west Little Rock address, home to the 4,800-SF Colony West Conoco service station and convenience store, for more than $1.6 million.

Seller: Keltner Marketing Corp., led by Ronald Keltner.

► Scott and Denise Ford added to their residential spread in west Pulaski County in a $1.1 million transaction. They bought the 17.1-acre patch of woods at the south end of Commentry Drive from PotlatchDeltic Real Estate.

► K&C Developers Inc., led by Barry Weathers, sold 45 lots in the Ivan’s Place residential development in Cabot for more than $1.1 million.

The property was purchased by Cabot 2015 LLC, an affiliate of Raush Coleman Homes of Fayetteville.
