♦ An affiliate of LNR Partners LLC of Miami Beach, Florida, sold the 152-unit Towne Oaks Apartments at 9300 Treasure Hill Road and the 64-unit Towne Oaks Village Apartments at 9600 Southedge Drive for more than $10 million.
The buyer in this combo deal: an affiliate of the AndMark real estate investment firm of Los Angeles.
♦ Investment groups led by Isaac Smith, Kevin Huchingson and Mark Bentley bought the 35,000-SF former home of Remington College at 19 Remington Drive for nearly $4.4 million.
Seller: EAI Realty Inc., an affiliate of Education America Inc. of Heathrow, Florida.
♦ Quattro Little Rock LLC of Oakbrook, Illinois, sold the 4,667-SF MedExpress at 12300 Chenal Parkway for $2.3 million to Damart Holdings LLC of Camarillo, California.
♦ Checkk Properties LLC of Texarkana, Texas, acquired the 21,732-SF Corporate One Building at 10025 W. Markham St. for $2 million.
Sellers? John and Karen Flake, their Flake Family Trust, Stephanie Kelley and Kelley Commercial Realty LLC, led by Hank Kelley.
♦ Rodney and Michelle Damon purchased a 10,810-SF Sologne Circle manor for more than $1.5 million from the CNC Family Trust, led by Christopher and Claire Pittman.
♦ Bennett and Jacqueline Lebow sold their 6,793-SF Sologne Circle home for $1 million to Srinivasan Ramaswamy and Roopa Ram.
