A 25,138-SF trailer sales facility in North Little Rock weighed in at $3.65 million.

Michael Rivalto of Memphis acquired the Superior Trailer Sales project at 10600 Maybelline Road from NLR Ark Investments LLC, led by Frank Deel III.

The deal is backed with a $3.1 million loan from Pinnacle Bank of Memphis.

The 20.54-acre development previously was linked with an April 2015

mortgage of $3.3 million held by American National Bank of (Terrell) Texas.

The property was bought for $4.5 million in July 2013 from I-40 RV Land LLC, led by Paul Minton.

I-40 RV Land purchased the property for $2.15 million in March 2008 from Keathley-Richards Inc., led by LuLynn Keathley-Richards.

Overnight Transaction
A 38,278-SF overnight delivery facility in Little Rock tipped the scales at $3.3 million.

J&J Industrial Partners LLC, led by Jeremy West and Justin Lynch of Dallas, bought the Federal Express project at 1500 Westpark Drive from Gene Pfeifer and his Pfeifer Investment Co.

The deal is funded with a five-year loan of $2.2 million from Inwood National Bank of Dallas.

The 3.46-acre location was acquired for $1.7 million in November 1999 from West Park Investments Inc. of New York.

Bottoms Up I
A 27-unit apartment project in the Hillcrest area of Little Rock changed hands in a $1.87 million deal.

Bottoms Up Real Estate Investments LLC, led by Jason Mizell, purchased Guesthouse Apartments at 5511 A St. and 115 N. Taylor St.

The seller is Midtown Suites LLC, led by Lane Patterson and Matt Lane. The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $1.4 million from Simmons Bank of Pine Bluff.

The 0.76-acre development previously was tied to a February 2018 mortgage of $1.4 million held by Capital Bank of Little Rock.

Midtown Suites bought the project for $1.6 million nine months ago from LR Markham Apartments LLC, led by Umang Patel, Yogesh Asudani and Nimesh and Davesh Sitaram.

Pediatric Purchase
A 7,594-SF medical office building in Sherwood rang up a $1.75 million sale.

Pediatric Clinic Properties LLC, led by Dr. Kimberly Clinton, Dr. Kimberly Hurlbut, Dr. Lourie Battles, Dr. Bishwan Morris, Amanda Barber, Nicole Turner, Dr. William Still and Dr. Holly Montgomery, acquired the 1525 Country Club Road project.

The seller is 1525 Country Club Investment LLC, led by Dennis Cooper.

The deal is backed with a 10-year loan of $982,000 and a one-year loan of $785,600 from Arvest Bank of Fayetteville.

The 1.72-acre development previously was linked with a January 2016 mortgage of $1.3 million held by BancorpSouth Bank of Tupelo, Mississippi.

1525 Country Club purchased the property for $1.6 million nearly three years ago from ASCC North LLC, 55 percent, and Once LLC, 20 percent, both led by Mark Bentley; and Burlingame Investments Ltd., led by Lowry Barnes, 25 percent.

Bottoms Up II
A 14-unit apartment project in the Hillcrest area of Little Rock drew a $948,000 transaction. Bottoms Up Real Estate Investments, bought Jackson House Apartments at 121 N. Jackson St.

The seller is Jackson Street Group LLC, led by Lane Patterson and Matt Lane.

The deal is financed with a five-year loan of $758,000 from Simmons Bank.

The 0.61-acre development previously was tied to an August 2014 mortgage of $748,000 held by Little Rock’s Bank OZK.

Jackson Street acquired the property for $880,000 in July 2014 from S&B Corp. LLC, led by Sharon Adkins.

Branch Buy
A dormant bank branch in downtown Little Rock sold for $453,000.

1217 West Capitol LLC, led by Rachel Bunch, purchased the 2,350-SF former Regions Bank office at 1217 W. Capitol Ave. The seller is the Schlereth Family LLC, led by John Schlereth.

The 0.52-acre development was bought for $404,000 in September 1994 from Redding Stevenson Jr. and his wife, Marion, and Julia and Daniel McCullough.

Land Acquisition
A 5.24-acre commercial site in North Little Rock is under new ownership after a $210,000 transaction.

ABDTD Investments LLC, led by Gurkirpal Singh and Satpal Kamboj, acquired the land near the southwest corner of U.S. 165 and Myrna Lane from First Security Bank of Searcy.

The deal is funded with a one-year loan of $212,133 from Farmers & Merchants Bank of DeWitt.

The bank recovered the property from Hwy. 165 Development LLC, led by Rustin Glover, James Glover and David Dunn, in October 2017 at a $275,000 foreclosure sale.

Pest Transaction
A 3,010-SF pest control facility in south Little Rock changed hands in a $165,000 deal.

Rollins Continental Inc. of Atlanta bought the Orkin Pest Control project at 8720 Interstate 30 from the Betty Sue Walberg Revocable Trust.

The 0.87-acre property was acquired for $68,500 in September 1969 from Sam and Hazel Reynolds and Robert and Dorothy McCoy.

Heights Home
A 3,163-SF home in the Heights area of Little Rock rang up a $795,000 sale.

Erin Hohnbaum and Jackson Farrow purchased the house from Winston Ota.

The deal is backed with a 30-year loan of $636,000 from Wells Fargo Bank of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The residence previously was linked with an April 2013 mortgage of $417,000 held by IberiaBank of Lafayette, Louisiana.

Ota bought the property for $765,000 in December 2012 from Mark Pryor and Jill Pryor.

Maumelle Abode
A 3,188-SF home in Maumelle’s Palisades Heights neighborhood drew a $575,000 transaction.

Melody Ashley acquired the house from David and Diane Kaufman. The deal is financed with a $325,000 loan from Centennial Bank of Conway.

The residence previously was tied to an August 2012 mortgage of $377,000 held by Bank OZK.

The Kaufmans purchased the property for $510,000 in June 2007 from Thomas and Margaret Vogler.

Riverbend Residence
A 3,454-SF home in Little Rock’s Riverbend neighborhood sold for $558,711.

Frances Shackelford bought the residence from Louis Shackelford Jr.

The property near the Arkansas River was acquired for $210,000 in July 1988 from Virginia Bailey.

High-Rise Residence
A 1,948-SF condo in downtown Little Rock is under new ownership after a $524,900 deal.

Henry Tuck III and his wife, Annabelle, purchased the 12th-floor residence in the 300 Third project from Connie Meeks.

The deal is funded with a 30-year loan of $367,400 from Simmons Bank.

The condominium previously was linked with an April 2011 mortgage of $292,000 held by Arkansas Federal Credit Union of Jacksonville.

The space was bought for $365,000 more than seven years ago from WVM LLC, led by Rush Harding III.

Chenal Downs
A 3,911-SF home in the Chenal Downs neighborhood of west Little Rock changed hands in a $500,000 deal.

Patrick Kennedy and Sally Martens acquired the house from Cheng Wang and Chunping Gu. The residence was bought for $429,000 in April 2010 from Homesales Inc., an affiliate of Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corp. of Edison, New Jersey.

The property was recovered from Charles and Janie Prichard in February 2010 at a $612,000 foreclosure sale.
