Freightliner and Western Star dealerships in North Little Rock and Springdale and an E-Z Mart in west Little Rock provide this week’s trio of million-dollar deals.
► Doggett Properties Arkansas LR LLC, an affiliate of Leslie Doggett Industries of Houston, bought the Truck Centers of Arkansas project at 11700 Valentine Road in North Little Rock for $12.8 million.
► A related entity, Doggett Properties Arkansas SD LLC, purchased the Truck Centers project at 2675 W. Sunset Ave. in Springdale for $6.9 million.
The seller in both deals: TRL Properties LLC, led by Todd Havens along with Rick and Larry Vassar.

► E-Z Mart Stores Inc., led by Sonja Hubbard, sold its 3,200-SF convenience store at 11911 Mara Lynn Drive for more than $1.4 million.
Buyer? GTY-GPM/EZ Leasing LLC, an affiliate of New York’s Getty Realty Corp. real estate investment trust.
