Travs Move Radio Broadcasts to ‘The Buzz’ Sister Station

1 min read

The Arkansas Travelers are moving radio broadcasts next season to 106.7 “The Buz2,” KBZU-FM, the sister station of Little Rock sports radio powerhouse 103.7 “The Buzz,” KABZ-FM.

The agreement between the minor league baseball team and Buzz Radio Network owner Signal Media is for at least the next two seasons. The partnership includes cross-promotion on 103.7 The Buzz throughout the summer, including appearances by Travelers players, coaches and staff on weekday talk shows.

Steven Davis is set to return for his seventh season as the broadcaster for the Travelers.

“We at The Buzz are so excited to work with the Travelers starting this season,” Justin Acri, the station’s general manager, said in a news release. “It is a truly iconic brand in Arkansas and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to share their games on the radio with our community and to promote their games on the Buzz family of stations.”

Games can also be heard on The Buzz app and online at www.1037thebuzz.com.

The agreement with The Buzz comes after a one-season radio deal in 2022 with 93.3 The Fish, KKSP-FM.
