Glover's Truck Parts and Equipment of North Little Rock.
The Truck Centers of Arkansas of North Little Rock bought Glover’s Truck Parts and Equipment, a Western Star truck dealership also in North Little Rock.
TCA, an Arkansas Business of the Year finalist in 2015 for companies with between 76-300 employees, said the acquisition is part of the company’s focus on growing its heavy-duty truck business. Truck Centers of Arkansas will now be a franchise for Western Star trucks and Sterling parts and service.
Glover’s employees have been offered positions at Truck Centers of Arkansas. Glover’s location will stay open for transmission and rear-end repair.

Truck Centers of Arkansas has locations in North Little Rock, Van Buren and Springdale. Each location offers Daimler Truck brands as well as service and repair services.
