National insurance brokerage Trucordia of Lindon, Utah, announced it has acquired Eberle Insurance Agency of Sherwood.
Eberle Insurance, launched 40 years ago, had been owned by Mike Eberle.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Sherwood agency is among five that Trucordia, one of the nation’s largest brokerages by revenue, announced it had purchased. The other agencies are located in Tennessee, Massachusetts and New Jersey.
In a news release, Trucordia said the businesses will gain access to expanded resources, integrated technology and a nationwide network of professionals, while continuing to deliver thoughtful and personalized service to clients.
