Entergy Arkansas Inc. of Little Rock has purchased 12.4 acres near the southeast corner of Highway 365 and Green Acre Road in Pulaski County for $765,000.
The seller was Kim Properties LLC of North Little Rock, led by Young Kim, Ki Suk Kim and Grace Kim.

Otter Creek Land Co. LLC of Little Rock, led by Thomas Hodges, has sold 5.79 acres at the southwest corner of Baseline Road and Wimbledon Loop in Little Rock for $432,000.
The buyer was Little Rock’s BSR Trust LLC, led by John Bailey.
The land is the future site of phase two of the 96-unit Wimbledon Green Apartments at 1 Wimbledon Green Circle.
