Two Make Moves at Colliers International Arkansas (Movers & Shakers)

Drew Holbert, principal and vice president of brokerage at Colliers International Arkansas in Little Rock, has earned the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors designation. SOIR is an international professional commercial and industrial real estate association that has given designations to only 2,900 commercial brokers and other industry professionals worldwide.

Ryan Salyer, formerly an agent with Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney & Faucette in Bentonville, has been hired by Colliers International Arkansas as a broker for the firm’s Bentonville office. Salyer specializes in leasing opportunities and has a background in construction management, real estate sales, leasing and quality control.


Jerry Allred of Allred Properties in Fayetteville has been elected president of the central Arkansas chapter the National Association of Residential Property Managers.
