1 min read

Mike Meadors and William Smith were recently promoted to director of preconstruction and general superintendent at Baldwin & Shell Construction Co. of Little Rock.

In addition, Randy “Red” Reedy joined the team of superintendents at the company, and Jeff Crawford was hired as a project manager.

Jann Arnold has joined Leisure Homes Corp. and T&E Contractors of Mountain Home as chief financial officer and general office manager.

Arnold has more than 25 years of experience in corporate financial management, accounting and public audit, most recently serving as chief financial officer at SEAS Education.

Randall Moore, vice president of Terry Moore & Associates Inc. in Little Rock, was elected to the National Certified Commercial Investment Member designation 2016-17 board of directors at CCIM Institute’s midyear governance meeting in Chicago.

Deltic Timber Corp. of El Dorado recently received the Southern Forest Products Association’s 2015 Sawmill Safety Award in Division II for its sawmill in Ola, which maintained a perfect safety record during 2015, having no lost-time occupational injuries or illnesses. SFPA lumber manufacturer members are considered for the award based on information received regarding occupational injuries and illnesses. Safety performance is judged by how each mill’s safety record stacks up against facilities with comparable lumber output throughout the year. Division II covers facilities that produce between 51 and 150 million board feet of Southern pine lumber annually.
