Two Properties Donated to Salvation Army

1 min read

SMRTDM LLC, led by Julia Taylor, recently donated two properties in Little Rock to the Salvation Army: a 2,500-SF warehouse at 1105 W. Markham St. that adjoins the nonprofit’s location at 1111 W. Markham St. and a half-acre parking lot at Markham and Cross streets.

A Salvation Army spokesman told Arkansas Business the nonprofit will replace the roof on the warehouse and use it to store materials for its programs such as Red Kettle and Angel Tree.

The donated parking lot will be used for parking as the Salvation Army plans to build a playground on its current parking lot.
