Update: Three Central Arkansas Properties Sell for $1.2M

Jolly Family Dentistry at 4601 Fairway Ave. in North Little Rock

Brad Jolly Sr. and Scott Jolly of North Little Rock purchased the 3,126-SF Jolly Family Dentistry space at 4601 Fairway Ave. in North Little Rock, along with a 25 percent interest in the adjoining parking lot, for $772,500.

The sellers were John and Bliss Dean of Little Rock.

Outlet Development LLC of Sherwood, led by Parwinder Singh, purchased 3.61 acres near the northeast corner of Stagecoach and Otter Creek roads for $272,000.

The seller was Arvest Bank of Rogers.

Parcel Purchased
Islamic Center of Little Rock Inc. of Little Rock bought a 1.48-acre parcel at 15120 Kanis Road in west Pulaski County for $115,000 from Winrock Enterprises Inc. of Little Rock, led by Russell McDonough III.
