Former Sonic Drive-In location at 101 Carnahan Drive in Maumelle
BDP Holdings LLC of Little Rock, led by Brent Medders, has purchased the former 1,232-SF Sonic at 101 Carnahan Drive in Maumelle for $325,000.
The seller was Hard-Mark Land Co. of Maumelle, led by Van Eberhard.
Site Sold
Crew Real Estate Investments LLC, led by Norman Clifton, sold a 1.34-acre commercial site near the northeast corner of Highway 161 and Bethany Road in North Little Rock for $250,000.
The buyer was PB General Holdings (Protho Junction) LLC, led by Leonard Boen.
