Two Shops Going in at Midtowne

1 min read

It looks as if one of the few vacant storefronts at Midtowne Little Rock will soon be occupied.

The word is that two shops, Ulta Salon Cosmetics & Fragrance Inc. of Romeoville, Ill., and Versona Accessories of Charlotte, N.C., are moving into the 16,000-SF space formerly occupied by Lewis & Clark Outfitters, a subsidiary of Lewis & Clark Outdoors Inc. of Springdale.

Since Lewis & Clark left in 2009, the spot has occasionally hosted transients like Spirit Halloween, but this is the first word of permanent residents.

Andrew Miller, president and CEO of Midtowne’s owner, Miller Capital Advisory Inc. of Skokie, Ill., said no leases had been signed, but "we think we’re going to have that center fully occupied this year."

The 120,000-SF shopping center on the corner of Markham and University has long been home to higher scale boutiques like Williams-Sonoma Inc. and restaurants like Cantina Laredo.
