Two homes in the posh gated Clear Creek subdivision sold for more than $1 million.

Both of the home sales have affiliations with Tyson Foods Inc. of Springdale, whose chairman of the board is John Tyson. John Tyson’s Blessings Golf Course is the centerpiece of the Clear Creek subdivision.

The first home, a 5,200-SF residence on Clear Creek Boulevard, sold for $1.25 million.

The five-bed, six-bath home was bought by Michael and Colette Crouse; Michael Crouse is the head of Tyson Foods’ U.S. prepared food service division.

The Crouses got a $850,000 loan from Highlands Residential Mortgage of Allen, Texas.

The sellers of that home were Chris and Robin Primm of Prairie Grove. Chris Primm is a northwest Arkansas business owner.

The second home, on Caddo Lane, sold for $1.03 million. The home is 4,398 SF and has four bedrooms and five bathrooms.

The buyers were Heath Stanley and Hannah Kennedy, who are the co-owners of New Wave Wealth Advisors in Springdale.

Encore Bank in Little Rock provided a loan of $824,000.

The sellers were Ray and Nancy McGaugh. Ray McGaugh was a longtime executive with Tyson Foods.
