Uniti Inc. of Little Rock in its most recent third-quarter earnings release gave some updates on the company’s future timeline.
By the end of 2025, the company is aiming for Kinetic to have 536,000 fiber subscribers, 1.9 million homes ready to receive a fiber connection, $500 million in consumer fiber revenue, and a 25% year-over-year increase in Kinetic’s consumer fiber revenue. According to a supplemental earnings presentation, the company is “well positioned” to accelerate growth within Kinetic through an accelerated fiber build.
Kinetic is the residential fiber internet arm of Windstream Holdings Inc. of Little Rock, which is now fully merged with Uniti.
In the earnings presentation, the company also laid out several upcoming “key inflection points.”
Uniti expects both core revenue and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) to see year-over-year growth in the fourth quarter of 2026, as well as consolidated fiber revenue to account for 50% of total revenue in that same quarter.
