US Geological Survey Facility Sold for $3.5M

This week’s million-dollar Pulaski County real estate transactions present varied flavors of property.

► JLK Inc., led by Jerry and Peggy Kelley, bought a 19,664-SF office-warehouse building at 401 Hardin Road in west Little Rock for nearly $3.5 million. The site has been the location of the local office of the U.S. Geological Survey since 1994.

Seller: JBW Enterprises LLC, named for the Jess B. Woods Trust.

► I-40 RV Land LLC, led by Paul Minton, sold the 66,098-SF River City RV project at 4545 W. Bethany Road in North Little Rock for more than $2.3 million.

Buyer: North Little Rock Bethany RD LLC, an affiliate of B&D Holdings in Warren, New Jersey.

► Galloway I 40 South Development LLC, led by Raj Chakka, purchased more than 242 acres at the southeast corner of Interstate 40 and Valentine Road in east Pulaski County for $1.5 million.

Seller? Lena Belle Young Stafford Ltd., led by Robert B. Moore and William E. Moore.

► Jhankhana Inc., led by Kailash Patel, sold the 72-room Super 8 motel at 1 Gray Road in North Little Rock for $1.2 million.

Buyer? OM SAI Shiva Hotel LLC, led by Rohit Patel.

► Michael and Laura Stover acquired a 4,704-SF home in west Little Rock’s Hallen Court neighborhood from Daniel and Aubrie Ashton for more than $1.1 million.

► Rock Capital Fund LLC of San Diego sold the 14-unit apartment project at 7718 S St. in Little Rock for $1.1 million to Sangre Investments LLC of Tucson, Arizona.

► Daniel and Ellen Williams bought a 4,439-SF home in west Little Rock’s Chenal Circle neighborhood from Jeffrey Dennis Jr. for more than $1 million.
