Victoria Brown Joins AARP; Kylie Frett Hired at CJRW (Movers & Shakers)

Victoria Brown has been hired as associate state director of communications for AARP in Little Rock.

Brown attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.


Kylie Frett has been hired as an associate account executive by CJRW in Little Rock. Frett was previously a correspondence analyst for Gov. Asa Hutchinson and in her new position will work with the public relations department.


Emily Brosius has been hired as community manager for Stone Ward in Little Rock and Maeghen Carter has been hired as a public relations associate account executive.

Brosius graduated from Ouachita Baptist University and has internship experience with Mitchell Communications Group and the Arkadelphia School District.

Carter graduated from Harding University and was previously a public relations specialist with Ghidotti Communications.


Amy Westlake of Little Rock has joined The Peacock Group as a public relations account executive.

Westlake was previously communications director and interim director of marketing and audience engagement at the Arkansas Repertory Theatre and has also been the development coordinator for Make-A-Wish Mid-South.
