Appearing on CNBC on Wednesday, Windstream Corp. CEO Jeff Gardner spoke out against a proposed increase to the dividend tax.
Gardner is one of 18 CEOs who co-signed a letter to U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Tim Geithner opposing the move, which is part the Obama administration’s fiscal year 2013 budget proposal.
