Village at Valley Ranch Acquired for $10.5M

► OM ACQ LLC, an affiliate of Conway’s Reliance Health Care Inc., acquired The Village at Valley Ranch at 6411 Valley Ranch Drive in west Little Rock for $10.5 million.

Who sold the 90-bed nursing and rehabilitation facility? Wagnon Place Inc., led by Joey Wiggins.

► Ridgeview Partners LLC of Los Angeles sold the 242-unit Arrowhead Estates apartment project in North Little Rock for $6.1 million.

Buyer: 1707 Arrowhead Road LLC of Carlsbad, California.

► IMO US South LLC, an affiliate of International Car Wash Group of Centennial, Colorado, bought two Team Clean Carwash projects for a combined $4.5 million.

Seller: Jonesboro Carwash LLC, led by Brad Vaden. The projects were 8451 Oakdale Road in Sherwood, $2.4 million, and 4220 S. University Ave. in Little Rock, $2.1 million.

► Schlumberger Technology Corp. of Houston, Texas, sold its 57,235-SF warehouse complex at 1601 Mayor Lane in Conway for $2.3 million to Weaver Realty LLC, led by Charlie Weaver.

► Little Rock Senior Community LLC, an affiliate of O’Reilly Development Co. of Springfield, Missouri, purchased a 12-acre site at the northeast corner of Rahling Road and Chenal Valley Drive in west Little Rock for $1.9 million.

Seller? Arkansas Teacher Retirement System, the state’s largest pension fund.

► Adele and Robert Berry sold a 4,994-SF home in the Two River Harbor neighborhood along the Arkansas River on the western edge of Little Rock for $1.1 million.

Buyer: Aisa Trust, led by Sadiq and Shirin Ali.
