Village Green Apartments Preserved in $10.5M Sale

Apartments, warehouse space, a retail center and an eatery form this week’s Pulaski County million-dollar real estate deals:

► Village Green Apartments Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of Somerset Partners of New York, sold its namesake 172-unit complex at 7601 N. Chicot Road in southwest Little Rock for $10.5 million.

Buyers: Village Green CB LLC, MS Village Green CB LLC, Orchard CB LLC, Orchard EF LLC and YS Real Estate Investments LLC, all of Lakewood, New Jersey.

► BH Roosevelt Owner LLC of Bergenfield, New Jersey, bought the 352,599-SF warehouse complex at 2200 Roosevelt Road in Little Rock for $8 million.

Seller? Ben Davis Properties Management LLC, led by Ben and Diane Davis.

► BSC University LLC and JD&E Inc., both led by the John David Ensminger Trust, sold the 61,398-SF Broadmoor Shopping Center at 2908 S. University Ave. and 3,696-SF Centennial Bank branch at 2922 S. University Ave. in Little Rock for $3.5 million.

Buyer? Mandani Holdings LLC, led by Sadiq Ali.

► El Tigre Investment LLC of Oceanside, California, bought the 2,589-SF Taco Bueno at 10114 Mabelvale Plaza Drive in Little Rock from Restinvest LLC of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, for more than $1.9 million.

► FW Holdings Research Properties LLC, led by Karen Flake, sold its 15,000-SF office building at 5305 Warden Road in North Little Rock for more than $1.6 million.

Buyer: Brookwood-167 NLR LLC, an affiliate of Brookwood Properties of Baton Rouge.

► Joey and Leslie Wiggins acquired a 6,168-SF home in west Little Rock’s Orle neighborhood for $1.6 million.

Seller? AR Reddy Investments LLC, led by Raghu Reddy.

► Frances Keeley sold her 3,767-SF home in Little Rock’s Prospect Terrace neighborhood for $1 million.

Buyer? Done Deal Inc., led by Doug Hunnicutt.
