► Villas at Audubon Propco LLC, an affiliate of Safe Harbor Investments in Knoxville, Tennessee, paid $8.05 million for its namesake 61-unit townhome project in Maumelle.
The development near the northwest corner of Audubon and Club Manor drives was sold by EIIC LLC, led by Jean Eiler.
► 12M Commercial Properties LLC of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, sold the 34,418-SF Towne Center at 115 Audubon Drive for $4.3 million to MTC Baseline LLC, an affiliate of Denver’s Baceline Group.
► U Storage Searcy LLC, led by Rory Thompson, bought the 164-unit Hwy. 67 RV & Storage project at 231 Newman Drive in Sherwood for more than $3.2 million.

► The Cashion Co., led by Matthew Cashion Jr., sold its 12,584-SF office building at 321 Scott St. in downtown Little Rock for more than $2.2 million.

► The Brenda & Harry Herget Family Living Trust purchased a 4,449-SF house in The Arbors neighborhood of west Little Rock from Thomas and Mary Jane Herr for nearly $1.5 million.
► Antioch Missionary Baptist Church and the Missionary Baptist Seminary & Institute sold a 38-acre piece of the seminary development at 5224 Stagecoach Road in west Little Rock for more than $1.3 million to J.A. Riggs Co., led by John Riggs IV.
