Apartment complexes and a North Little Rock property destined for an entertaining redevelopment spice up this week’s string of million-dollar retail and residential sales.

► VA7 Villas On Cantrell LLC, an affiliate of FPA Multifamily in Irvine, California purchased the 140-unit Villas On Cantrell complex at 8101 Cantrell Road in Little Rock $12.1 million.

Seller: 8101 Cantrell Apartments LLC, an affiliate of Summit Real Estate Group of St. Louis.

► Maly Group LLC, led by Drs. Smitha and James Thomas, purchased the future home of the T-Time-anchored Malys Entertainment Center for $2 million.

Who sold the nearly 31.7-acre former Wild River Country site at 6820 Crystal Hill Road? JTS Capital Realty 3 LLC, an affiliate of JTS Capital Group of Waco, Texas. 

► The Shirley J. Davis Revocable Trust sold its 5,548-SF house in west Little Rock’s Chenal Circle neighborhood to Rick and Brooklyn Snowden for more than $1.3 million.

► Fendley Street Apartments LLC, an affiliate of Tarek Morshed Realty in Austin, Texas, bought 25 units worth of apartments along Fendley Street in North Little Rock for more than $1.3 million.

Seller: Glaze Properties LLC, led by Devon Beck.

► LMS Properties LLC, led by Tommy Lasiter, sold the 47,111-SF East End Shopping Center at 1100 E. Roosevelt Road in Little Rock for $1.2 million.

Buyer: Sky Little Rock LLC, an affiliate of Sky Capital Group of Houston. 

► The namesake living revocable trust of David Michael Mego and Patricia Louis Mego acquired a 4,565-SF residence in The Arbors neighborhood of west Little Rock for more than $1.1 million.

Seller? 73 Vigne Boulevard LLC, an affiliate of Little Rock’s Whisenhunt Investments.
